Nobody is confused about what lawfare means. One could easily argue that something isn’t lawfare. But we all know what it means.

I think it’s a tactic to avoid having to discuss certain topics. Similar to “that’s not the exact topic of the OP so I won’t be responding to your point.” He loves that one. The issue is he doesn’t hold himself to the same account.
