It seems Don Jr. gets it. He also makes a solid point that while crime and poverty are at record lows, those things are less tangible than something like gas prices and the appearance of involvement overseas.

The Atlantic had something a couple of weeks ago about how he broke with his dad on Iran. But, I didn't bother posting it because it was, well...The Atlantic. Jr. may be a bit arrogant and smarmy, but he has always had a good ear to the base (like JD).

It is, and I might get dragged for saying this, but that's why I voted for Trump. He's the first President in 40 years to have the nuts to go after Iran. Somebody has been needing to do it. Where he went wrong was underestimating them fighting to the death. He really just needed to go all in and wipe out the IRGC. He didn't and that is what actually caused this. Once he was in though, he couldn't back down. He has two years to finish the job. He isn't going to get help from any other countries, and nobody here is going to want to give him credit for it, but he has to finish, no matter what.
