So, about 40% of federally-sentenced criminals last year were illegal aliens.

Even if you say that illegals are 20% of the population, they still commit crimes at twice their representation.

If you want to argue that this is only federal, which usually means more serious crimes, then post actual numbers. Immigration status isn't recorded at the state or county level in the vast majority of police districts, so it will be a terribly incomplete data set, basically worthless.

For the verified data we do have, it shows illegals commit more crimes. If you remove black crime statistics, then it is completely lopsided.

I don't think we should be comparing illegals to the worst among us, though. We want all immigrants to rival the best, otherwise they are a drain.

1) more whites are shot by cops than blacks

2) yet blacks commit almost 70% of violent crimes with only 5 or 6% of the population(black males)

3) any illegal extra crime is a crime that should not have happened because they should not be here. PERIOD.

Another way to word that is illegal aliens commit 50% the violent crime of US citizens.

No context if those stats take per capita into account.

Even giving the benefit of the doubt that it does take in account per capita......100% of that 50% would be prevented if those illegal aliens were not in the country.

If said alien crossed the border illegally(ie they did not follow the proper steps to enter legally), they are indeed illegal aliens.

I do not see what is so hard about this. None of your arguments hold water even in the alien's home country or any other country in the world, yet somehow you wish them to hold water here. Question is, why? What is the ulterior motive here?

Most crime is committed by 14-35 year olds of a certain demographic that happens to be legal natural citizens. This isn’t surprising.

…. they do when a democratic administration fails to enforce immigration law …. and opens the border to foreign prisoners and cartel boyz for illegal migration.

It’s insane to even try and justify it
