Do Illegals commit more crimes by percentage than US Citizens?

I asked Google AI and here is the response
So a US citizen is twice as likely to commit a violent crime or property crime than an illegal. Is this surprising to you?
quote:
No, undocumented immigrants do not commit more crimes by percentage than native-born U.S. citizens. Extensive empirical research and historical data show that undocumented immigrants have lower arrest and incarceration rates than U.S.-born citizens.

Violent and Property Crimes: Studies analyzing arrest data find that undocumented immigrants are roughly half as likely to be arrested for violent crimes like homicide and assault compared to native-born citizens, and significantly less likely to be arrested for property crimes

I absolutely LOVE how these studies ignore the fact that 100% of illegal immigrants have committed a crime by being in the US.

No.
Nonetheless…

No one knows since immigration status is only recorded in Texas and no other state.

Progressive cities pretend those crimes didn't happen.
I wouldn't be shocked if there's still a slightly lower risk, since if you're here illegally you have an incentive to stay off the radar.

Illegals are 100% more likely to be here illegally. Ask me and my nephew about illegals committing crimes. I lost a sister and he a mother. They gotta go. Every, stinking one.

Beat me to it. Crime rate among illegal aliens is 100%. Just like the crime rate among rapists and murderers is 100%.

Their crimes are also undocumented.

Its a misleading statement and it completely misses the point. Mass illegal immigration is bad for any nation regardless of the invaders' propensity to break additional laws. Our systems only have so much capacity, and our culture is being eroded.

I love intelligent people.
Thank you for pointing this out to the plebes!

They shouldn’t be here so any crime they commit should not happen in the first place.

In my area of florida arrests are publicly displayed online. From my sample county, they do appear to punch well above their weight on driving with license suspended or revoked, or the never issued variant. And they're fairly well represented in major trafficking cases, be it drugs or people.

quote:no, they have too much to risk so probably stay out of trouble.

Even if this crap is true, which I’m not saying it is, if you have 5 total shootings and only one was by an illegal….you still have more crime with them here as a totally number.
Percentage doesn’t matter so much when THEY SHOULD T BE HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE.
Also, tell this stat to a parent of a kid killed by a drunk driving illegal and tell me how that goes.

Pffft…a minor detail.

Vacherie, you’re missing the point and what this fact means in the context of Trump’s stated policy objective…

When did we start collecting data on criminals based on their immigration status?

I'm not missing shite.
We don't get to pick and choose the laws we want to follow. Neither do presidents.
