Every single fricking crime illegals do should never have happened here.

We have the crime rate we do because some assholes from 200 years ago refused to pick their own cotton.

I will guarantee you that illegal crime rates are not below those of WHITE people here, so frick off.

Better crime rates than black people is a fricking low bar.

Now call ne a rayciss for saying the clear, simple truth.

Illegals also don’t vote, aren’t on welfare, and are a net positive contributor.

In fact I think illegals reduce crime!

We should probably legalize them all, right?

Cause that’s where they are going

This is irrelevant.

They should not be here; therefore, any crime committed is one that should not have happened in the US.

If we have 250 million American citizens who commit 70% of crimes and then add 100 million illegals who commit the other 30%, you have a 40% increase in crime in the US that should have never happened.

Is everyone forgetting that just by the fact that an illegal alien is here, he or she is committing a crime?

So how do U.S. citizens commit more than the 100% that illegals commit?

Over 50% of violent crimes are committed by around 5% of the population. Black males between 16 and 25. That's why the "native born" number is greater.

No one knows since immigration status is only recorded in Texas and no other state.

Sanctuary states and cities where there are high concentrations of illegal aliens don't report immigration status at all so the data is worthless for the question.

Not surprised if the data is truly accurate. People here illegally are trying not to be noticed or arrested. Violent crimes are high profile. If they commit them, they will try harder not to get caught, unlike US citizens who know the routine, their rights, and the ease of getting away with it.

But your title asked if illegals commit more crimes. Yes they do…unless you exclude the crime committed by arriving or staying illegally. And the longer they stay, that’s a crime being committed every day they are not caught.

Doesn’t matter.

An illegal committing a violent or property crime on American soil doesn’t even happen if he’s not where he isn’t supposed to be.

Illegals also don’t vote

We recently learned they do in New Jersey. But I’m sure that’s the only state that allowed it…accidentally … because of a software glitch that only happened in New Jersey.

Vacherie, you’re missing the point and what this fact means in the context of Trump’s stated policy objective

Yet here you are missing the point that the point is wrong as far as the context of this thread.

How does anyone know? I am certain cities and states do not gather stats by documented status. You think minneapolis or seattle or l.a. or nyc or . . . collects this info? Not a chance in hell

The answer is yes, it’s 100%. The problem, just like the US, is that most of the crime in any city is done by about 150 people, and their network . It’s probably the same in the immigrant population, it’s just an exponential aberration when you add them to the current system. Law enforcement knows if you take out that 150, crime seems to dry up

SaintI absolutely LOVE how these studies ignore the fact that 100% of illegal immigrants have committed a crime by being in the US.

Undocumented aliens aren’t the same as illegal aliens. Most aliens that people would think are illegal aliens haven’t done anything illegal

If you overstay a visa that’s isn’t a crime. If you properly cross over the border and have never been deported before that isn’t actually a crime. Repeat border jumps are committing crimes though.

If you’re a Mexican who’s never been deported before and you cross the border you aren’t an illegal alien. You’re an undocumented alien and those people commit crimes at much lower rates than anyone else (mainly cause they don’t want to get caught).

Any illegal committing a crime after getting here is a crime that was committed by an illegal.
