She has been unemployed for 2 years. She said she previously worked for Google, Oracle, and Amazon. I asked her why she can't get a job with that resume. She said it's Trump's fault and there are 800,000 unemployed black women because of him. Interesting bs take. BTW she was flying to Martha's Vineyard for vacation.

Well I wouldn't say it's Trump's fault. But the racist hiring practices had black women overrepresented. End the racist hiring practices and they are back to a natural state.
And part of the disparate impact is because black women are more likely to be the sole provider in their family. Which is no one's fault but their own.

Biggest employers of black women are health care, education, and retail. Jobs are available in those fields, but you have to want to work. You can’t have too much pride to take a lower level job. They are supposed to be the most educated population in America.
