Yes government is correct. If they work in education it’s likely for the government in the education field. My philosophy is if I’m out of work I’ll do anything and everything to work. Pride can’t be a factor. Eventually I’ll look for something better but I’ll take what I can get in the short term. Most people won’t do that.

Let me guess, she also claimed to be a lesbian and had "female problems" which handicapped her.
That would make her a "quad" in HR parlance, and firing her would cost a fortune. Since she has "left" three companies, she is probably sitting on seven figures and can vacation at Martha's Vineyard.

Back when I worked we laid off the bottom 5% based on appraisals every year as a starting point. If things were bad or changes were needed in staffing that would go up laying off the next tranche of poor performers…..
The top 50% of performers were never in danger of being laid off or not receive in good bonus.

Just went through a massive 20% reduction where the cuts were not performance based.
Role based.
Some roles were completely eliminated across the board and remaining roles absorbed some of the responsibilities. Some parts of the work process completely dropped with no plan to fill the void. The company hired an outside firm to design the new organizational models and my company followed the plan.
So many mistakes made. Lots of high performers cut and low performers retained. They have no clue how the work gets done.
Global leadership blamed AI but in reality it’s been poor decision making at the top for two decades.

She is absolutely right. Trump has been running off superfluous, government workers who are overstuffed with worthless humanities degrees, and a large percentage of those are black women.
That should not affect the woman in question, though, because she was working in the private sector. I can’t imagine how Trump’s policies affected her, unless it was to relax the DEI pressure on companies and she had been a DEI hire.
ETA: In fact, the more I think about it the more likely this seems. AI is booming right now. She is “an AI Professional”? And she can’t get a job? Yeah, she was DEI and is worthless. Good for Trump.

You are the biggest dumbass on the board. The government was the largest employer of black women which is why they can’t get a job now. Those unnecessary, overpaid jobs are gone. The next time you pretend to care about government debt remember that basic fact
