Let’s take a moment to square away on this. Your comment is being vilified, but it’s not being rebutted. Here is my attempt.
For many years voters in the US have been voting against illegal immigration and Woke. Whenever we win our candidates either betray us - indicating that they are part of the blob we are trying to defeat and are deep fakes - or they (Trump) get attacked through lawfare, a deeply illiberal set of tactics.
The “loss” of the 2020 election, and the unending rounds of lawfare that continued, convinced Trump, and many of his supporters, that we must wield those illiberal tools or be overwhelmed by those who do. Letisha James just gave a speech in which she implied that if the Dems get hold of the House in 2023 they are coming after Trump again.
So I concede your point above, that the Trump administration is flouting the liberal system of checks and balances, but I approve and encourage him to continue to do so. Wield their weapons against them until they are vanquished. If we can restore decorum after that we should; if not, that will be sad but preferable to living under a socialistic state.

I support immigration enforcement if that is what you’re getting at it. Garcia, however, was the subject of a court order saying “do not deport this man to El Salvador,” and the government violated that order. It’s the government’s lawlessness that concerns me in this instance.

Penrod, I really appreciate this summation. I should start my responses with "are you here just to villify me or do you have a rebuttal to what I wrote?"
Also, I err on the side of strict adherence to the law when judging a governmental action. So, I can't suspend my knowledge that the deportation of Abrego Garcia to El Salvador was illegal...even though I like the outcome of the Trump Administration's illegal deportation.
Thanks for a principled explanation of why it's necessary for Trump 2.0 to cut legal corners.

I don’t have a link. It was one of the harry hisson (s?) ones he talked about on there. How the narrative about losing his base is bunk. I heard it yesterday on the radio so is new and was on there this week. I believe he said it was done over the last month.

What happened in 2022 in Tennessee is wholly irrelevant to that fact, which is the focal point of the discussion of this case.
The person is also largely irrelevant to the discussion. He could be the biggest POS who did the most heinous stuff in the past and it's irrelevant. The inability for so many to discuss this matter logically shows the idiocracy has arrived and irrational arguments based on emotions have taken over this place.
It's sad to see so many people expose themselves in this way.
