I agree. The black person seeking employment should Judge the interviewers and then be gifted their jobs if the black person deems it to be the right thing to do.

Is this nightmare ranked higher or lower than attempting to get an ID for voting purposes? I'm just trying to get a sense of the terror so I know how much sympathy to provide.

Going to an interview with that attitude and vibe, they had better have extraordinary talents/skills or no Personnel Manager would hire them. Because they'd feel the same way re their performance/production.

It's ALL about DEI; life is not fair because people are not equal therefore any System that does not factor this 'social injustice' into the 'Meritocracy' equation is immoral.

Lucifer is pissed because It got tossed, for desiring to be worshipped as God. Absolute Narcissism as it were; Satan believing that God created Humanity in order to be 'worshipped'. Which is a ludicrous assumption, as it the worship of lower, ignorant entities would be worth anything to a Power of that magnitude. Albeit, Love would indeed be worth much. A point that the self-absorbed Lucifer would never comprehend. Much less admit.

"War in Heaven and on Earth". Just like our Constitutional Republic vs Democratic Socialism showdown.

Ha, yea they have completely missed the integration into society bus. I think the only option is to ship to them back or give them an island.

But if youre judging them when they whip out their EBT card to buy crab legs they couldn't care less. Funny how that works.

Misleading title btw. It’s a trio of idiots on some woke podcast. There’s a lot of us black people who absolutely detest this mindset.

Any black person that says/feels this way has never been a hiring manager themselves.

Black hiring managers scrutinize and judge black applicants MUCH more harshly than almost any white hiring manager would. Especially if the hiring manager is an older black male, they are really judgemental of the "YNs"

Pretty sure LordSaintly can back me up on this

Absolutely, I must say, even though I’m not Lord Saintly.

The truth is that white people think higher of black people than they do of themselves.

I remember getting resumes sent in and the email handle would be names like Black_Booty_Baby or Midnight_Party_Boy.

There are two black people a few feet away from me right now who were interviewed by a white person and got their jobs, and do them very well.

It ain't rocket surgery.

Who is stopping them from only interviewing with black owned businesses?
