It was pretty funny when the “mediocre white man” motto attempted to gain traction hahahhaha if there is one demo who struggles to compete on merit it’s the demo that tried to coin this phrase as truth hahhahahaha
I’ve been on two decades worth of interview teams and if anything blacks are hired after ranking lower that qualified candidates of other races BECAUSE they are black.
I’ve seen some illegal sht over the years at a major corporation. Straight up race and gender based hiring over higher scores.
