Based on unemployment rates I totally believe that.

Sounds like a personal problem.

Seems like if a black persons worst nightmare is a job interview, we must being doing pretty well then.

her explanation of the job interview process is literally what everyone interviewing for a job goes through, we just dont see every single human interaction through a racial lens.

Three generations of people raised primarily by women turned out to be huge pussies. Who knew?

Stop going to interviews late wearing bedroom slippers and a shower cap on your head

Feel free to go back to your homeland and apply for a job there where you will be judged by your own people.
Edit: To the troglodyte who downvoted me, the black dude's own words sets up an "us vs them" situation by the fact that he views all white people and black people as the same. I'm just using his own presuppositions. You want us vs them racial bullshite? Leave the country. And I'd vote for someone who's willing to make that public policy, not just a suggestion. This shite needs to stop, one way or another.

Our grandchildren will be hearing these same sad excuses decades from now

that and brush up on the English language/pronunciation with a modicum of understanding about the job being interviewed for.

Do they have a compatibility problem with meritocracy?

Have a better resume’ then. Make a better impression. It’s not difficult.
Money is GREEN. For companies/hiring supervisors looking to hire the best value for the buck, that’s the only color that matters.

Nobody is judging anyone. It's an interview to see if you are a good candidate for the position. Like it should have always been before people were just given spots because of DEI.

All I can do at this point is to set an example for my 7 grandchildren. I take comfort in the fact that my 3 oldest do ask their Papa for advice on various situations that they encounter. My youngest is only 10 months old so I have the rest of my life to guide him on the right path!

Makes me wonder why they are so willing to commit crimes then.
Apparently, not being a criminal is more of a nightmare than being judged by white people.
