Literally telling you they’re too lazy to do anything

Has there ever been a people who constantly make excuses for their failures.Has there been predudice HELL YEA,is it wrong to,HELLYEA,but to use it as an excuse not to succeed in life is self pity.Their are millions of black around the world who are very successful,in business ,sports ,entertainment ,politics it took a while but it’s there.The leaders of the black communities has failed them miserably.Constanly preaching racism at every turn even when there is none,they are duping their own for profit and the people don’t see it.The lambs are being led to the slaughter,let’s hope they wake up.

Lots and lots of excuses

The fatigue is real.

Soft, what a fricking joke. Their real nightmare is being statically killed by another black.

The black liberal is the softest weakest creature on earth.

Across my career, I have interviewed with Latinos, women, blacks, Dutch, Asians, and Arabs that I can recall off the top of my head. Hiring processes and interviews come in all shapes and sizes.

I would think most of the older posters on here who have worked for multiple companies would have similar experiences.

My two closing thoughts:
1) Blacks are the most coddled group in the USA. If/when hired, no one really expects a black employee to be as proficient, work as hard, or demonstrate excellence in workmanship. They are hired to meet some DEI quota and simply tolerated by their colleagues.
2) For the blacks that don't like being interviewed by whites and who do not want to leave the USA, start your own companies and you can hire people any way you want. There's your path forward.

That's because they are use to being hired for simply being black. When they actually have to prove qualifications and experience, it's tough on them.
