Once you Form 1 a pistol with a brace, can you swap the brace to a collapsible stock since it is now a SBR in the eyes of Johnny Law?

Yes, it is already spreading. The bump stock wasn’t about the bump stock, it was about them laying a foundation to take back guns and accessories that were legally purchased at the time, but retroactively made illegal.

all braces are the same though. 2 pieces of rubber with a velcro strap.

it's just like all the others. maybe the telescopic feature is a deal breaker. I'd imagine Q comes back to them with a fixed version that has less padding

If you efile, yeah. My last SBR was 21 days from filing to stamp. Plus, if you efile and you get Good Guy Examiner, he'll email you if there is a problem. Mine had a problem with my photo and he contacted me, told me how to submit another photo. I updated and had my stamp in hand a half hour later.

Did those other guys post videos on their websites of them shooting their brace from the shoulder? That was pretty damn stupid.

Is it so hard to believe that in a country where we have states with extremely strict gun control (for law abiding citizens) that it couldn’t grow?

I retract my earlier statement about retroactive tax fees bankrupting them. They must be better financed than I thought.
