While I fully agree (and this is just semantics), I would prefer them to remove the "adding a stock to a pistol, makes it an SBR or AOW" bs.
Mainly because some states don't allow loaded rifles in your vehicle but pistols are ok. So just let me have my pistol with a shoulder stock on it and I'll be on about my way.
