Yep ez was caught up in a situation with a minor, I think.so yeah, they cut ties w him, but only to legally seperate the business from being liable, or exposed.

There is an article online from KPEL that says Nidal sold out of Agave last month (May ‘26) after 20 something years but does not list the new owner. I find this very odd (convenient) given the timing of this story.
