I'd be more comfortable with a couple of more years of experience. He has done well this season, so far in my opinion doing a better job than his predecessor. I hate to sound like an O tard, but he is familiar & aware of the culture. The day to day operations, recruiting, etc is big question. If he was a more proven commodity, it would be a slam dunk hire.

I think the candidates should be Frank, Gruden, Mullen or that Urban Meyer fella. I reckon I'll go post this on facebook tomorrow.
