re: Have your workout methods chanced with age/health? - lsu5803tiger
I'm 33 now, started training seriously at 20...Training intensity? Nahhhh. I don't have any nagging injuries, had a partially torn rotator cuff in my mid's 20s which I managed to fix without surgery and had umbilical hernia surgery. The only difference is now I get bloodwork done on a semi regular b...

re: Fat Loss Aid - lsu5803tiger
I feel like I read this thread before. 'Hey I'm getting a little fat, can I take a magic pill to lose it?' How did you get here? Maybe it's because you aren't moving around a whole lot and you don't have self control while eating....

re: Spinoff: Walmart for Low Carb -- running list - lsu5803tiger
Try cooking your veggies in ghee. A good vegetable filler I do is the brocolli slaw and cook it in coconut oil. For condiments, I like to use g. hughes sugar free bbq sauce. True Lemon is a pretty good stevia water flavoring packet....

re: Cardarine (GW501516) - lsu5803tiger
They have vet grade stuff which is super cheap and another site that sells it is synthetek(made in a GMP facility). They have write ups all over the place on how to use it, for the androgen receptor benefit, I don’t think the dose required is all that big....

re: Cardarine (GW501516) - lsu5803tiger
Might try it when I can get in a good routine cardio wise. Another underrated fat burner is injectible l-carnitine. On top of fat burning, another benefit is increased density in androgen receptors(if you're on trt, you get more out of your dose)....

re: Size and frame = Limitations? - lsu5803tiger
With higher level strength/bodybuilding competition, the people with the genetics will rise to the top, after that it's just a matter how much you want to push yourself(hormones & food). If you're pushing 405 in competition at less of 190, it'll just be a matter of putting on the weight to make numb...

re: "How good are your muscle insertions?" - lsu5803tiger
I'd rather be ecto than a endo. Usually have better blood sugar levels & thinner skin. My waist was small starting out, it has gradually gotten a little wider as I've added size but on the other hand I've kept my back growing along with delts to keep the illusion of a smaller waist....

re: "How good are your muscle insertions?" - lsu5803tiger
I think what makes most people's chest genetics suck is shape at bottom and narrow clavicles. For shoulders, full and rounded which is tough to get unless you have genetics or on exo hormones. My shoulders are one of my strong points. I can attribute it to genetics and heavy pressing in my early d...
