Yes. In a heartbeat. Nothing worse than sitting at a light when you’re the only car there.

I’m still shocked how many people here don’t know you can turn right on red, don’t know the left lane is for passing, etc.

Even less for left on red - when it's from a 1-way at a 1-way left only intersection.

Hard NO! There are too many abject idiots who don’t know how to drive a roundabout. It’s the same reason I often don’t stop for a flashing yellow light, the idiot behind me can’t be trusted to know the rules/laws!

Or be like Lee/Harmony/Tivoli Circle and have a red light integrated into the traffic circle

single lane roundabouts are fine. something about two lane roundabouts turns people retarded and suddenly, everyone is an female asian driver.

100%!! Out here in Denham and Livingston Parish where they are going in a lot of places they are fantastic. As you said, there are always idiots that cant navigate something so simple but all things considered, they're great! I hope they replace every last intersection in America.

Yes. Traffic lights just impede traffic flow. Look at all the lights in and around campus and see how awful traffic is because of it (and the lack of capacity) but less lights would be helpful.

I have been driving around a couple suburbs in DFW recently and people can't even do 4 way stops.

So roundabouts with yielding....place may burn down

Most non-residential streets in South Florida are 3 straight lanes plus turn lanes. I’ve seen the roundabout around the Arc De Triomphe. It would never work here.

I like ‘ em but most of the drivers around here don’t know how to use them.

Not sure about that. Half the folks around here can’t drive in a straight line. Asking them to make continual turns is bound to have bad consequences.

Love them. But 2 lane ones make me nervous because of other drivers.

Every one?
Of course not.
But I have driven in Europe where they have them all over the place and they are fine once you get used to them.
