Yup. A lot of activity but nothing getting done. For its size it's the worst city in the country and it's not even close. Chicago and Baltimore may have more crime but Detroit is just bad. They once had 1.5 million people and have dropped to like 700,000 I believe. The Auto industry killed it.

Pittsburgh is a beautiful city all the way around. The skyline, all the bridges, Mt Washington and other surrounding hills, the rivers, etc. Love that city.

I imagine this will piss some people off. I’ve been to San Antonio and think it’s fantastic. Clean, great food, lots of history, etc. But here’s the deal, it is a major letdown for a city so huge.

I actually think ours is pretty good when you consider how big the city is (2.2MM metro) which is one of the smaller "major cities" in the US.

U.S. Census has El Paso metropolitan area population listed just a little under 900,000 in 2017. Considering its geographical location, I'd bet the the number is well over a million at times.

Definitely. I think one of the best first views of any city in the US is Pittsburgh when driving from the airport.
All kind of bland then you go through that tunnel, go under the mountain and exit the tunnel to a breathtaking view of downtown, the rivers and football/baseball stadiums.

Except when informed posters mention Phoenix or San Jose.
You’ve never been to SA, have you? I didn’t realize hotels and banks were ‘Mexican’. Are they different from American buildings? What about European-inspired architecture?
