Y’all know I’m insanely libertarian but this is animal behavior that endangers others. Hope she gets fricked by the long dick of the law.

I’m firmly a “if it doesn’t twist my arm or pick my pocket, let it be” kind of guy, but this sort of behavior, designed to spread like a virus, grinds my gears.

Makes you realize why we used to burn witches

Seeing that she has addressed the event on Twitter in such a ghetto fabulous way I think she’ll get everything coming for her.

it is all fun and games till your kid contracts an uncurable virus for eating ice cream because some jackarse in a Walmart cooler was licking edible products they had no intention to purchase and shared their poor life choices.

Throw the book at her. The last thing we need is some poor, unsuspecting soul getting sick from her shenanigans and then Blue Bell shutting down for another year to make sure it wasn't from them.

That time Blue Bell was down for so long was rough

Is it any more dangerous than leaving food out of the fridge/freezer and dumbass Walmart employees just putting it back?

So youre comparing carelessness with being a sick fk trying to harm others intentionally??

She could face a second-degree felony charge of tampering with a consumer product, the Lufkin police department said in an email statement to NBC News. The charge comes with a two- to 20-year prison term and up to $10,000 in fines, according to Texas state penal code.

Could face. In reality, she won't serve any time.
Heck, Jussie Smollett staged his own hate crime and nothing happened to him.

You obviously have low standards and haven't been laid in ten years if you'd go for that.

And what if the local Girl Scouts bought it to serve at the senior center ice cream social?!?

But as far as we know she didn’t actually try to kill maw maw so we should punish this as a lame prank not biological warfare

They should hammer her to make an example to keep others from doing the same thing.

She is disgusting. Needs to do some jail time. Not 20 years though.

Honestly, 20 years is excessive, but they need to make an example out of her. Let all the dumbasses out there, who are thinking about being a copycat know... The law doesn't frick around when it comes to something like this.

It cost to keep people in jail so 20 years is extreme. I think if she spent a few months in jail and then put on probation for while will get the message across, but she does not deserve to get away with it...

Nobody is suggesting she will get 20 years.

That’s just what “tampering with consumer packaging” “could” carry.

And from what I’ve read, the high end is “life”.

But the law was put in place in case of another Tylenol -cyanide type of thing happened.

Mae her do about 200 hours of community service and she must post pictures of her cleaning trash to her social media.
