Best thing is to have her plead down to a misdemeanor and make sure she serves time. Kind of like the Bama teabagger - get a pound of flesh so copycats decide it's not worth it, and make it a misdemeanor so she has an incentive to take the deal.

For licking ice cream, but also for perpetuating the idea that it's some kind of fun, quirky thing to post on social media.
