I don't think that if they don't serve her harshly people are going to start going around licking ice cream. I mean most of us have a little more sense than to go around licking ice cream? Hell, I hope so anyways
edit: Although, I wouldn't mind sampling some of the fresh fruits before buying. Nothing worse than a bland peach or mushy avocado... hrmmmm

Depending on if she has any priors she will probably wind up with somewhere between 50 and 100 hours of community service and no time spent in jail. 20 years is just a tad excessive…
