She's cute, they should let her walk with just a wrist slapping. It was a dare.
Plus now the "Ice Cream Challenge" is a thing. Since this first chick kicked it off, I've seen at least a dozen more videos of people either licking, or scooping out ice cream with their bare hands and eating out the carton in grocery stores.
The other factor is Blue Bell. Blue Bell sucks ballz and is filthy as a kiddie pool. They should consider themselves lucky if she didn't get food poisoning and sued their arse.
Blue Bunny > Blue Bell and both are crap compared to Ben and Jerry or Haagen Daz

They have identified her. They are going to arrest her when they find her. I am thinking that she is hiding out because they figured out who she was yesterday. They already said her charge would be a second degree felony.

She should get prison time. Nowhere near twenty years but definitely should get time. People will be concerned and the ice cream industry will change as a safety response. A message must be sent.

there is no way they give her the max time. more than likely a slap on the wrist and community service. the penalty should be to have a nasty sweaty dude with a hairy arse sit on a open carton and then she has to eat it.

2 things need to happen here
1 - she must do serious jail time, something like 5 years sentence serving at least 6 months and then serve the remaining years on probation
2 - all food products must have seals, i think most do but ice cream buckets seemed to have escaped this and that should be required now
