Every single person alive can find 20 minutes to exercise.

No workout worth doing only takes 20 minutes when you account for shower, travel, etc.

Let’s say you need an hour. It’s very reasonable that someone could have trouble fitting in work, kids, adequate sleep, and that hour for working out on a regular basis.

I actively walk to the McDonald's counter each week and order a Vanilla shake and when I'm told the shake machine is broken I actively walk out. It is exercise trying to find a shake machine that works.

Laziness and fear of looking like a p&*sy beta at the gym.

Lifting was the best decision I have made in a long long time.

I could have you throwing up in your living room in 20 minutes with $25 worth of equipment.

Cuz God said so?

Timothy 4:8 For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.

You can do very little to change your DNA, or the aging process, sport.

So, work on your soul, more than your body. Cuz you can get a new body. You only get one soul.

Agree 100%. I would much rather be on the bike, swimming, climbing, paddling or anything physical outside than being in a gym. I have always seen the gym as a means to an end, not an end. I get some people enjoy the gym but it just isn't my zen.

I give myself about a 5% chance of living that long anyway. Why waste time working out when I’ll be dead anyway?

was talking to a guy at work the other day about how I'm cutting out a lot of the physical tasks at home and just paying people to do then, especially during the summer, he said "yeah, I'm getting to the age where all I'm doing is running out the clock," don't know why but I laughed my arse off at that, but he was serious

fricking retarded. The mostly preventable obesity epidemic costs the US between 147-210 billion per year. I’d say that effects everyone.

People need to stop being fat arse, lazy piles of shite that do nothing but sit on their fat asses and shovel food down their gullet.

What if everyone on here actually started working out 30 minutes, 3-5 days a week? Would that actually make you happy? I don't think it would, because then your dumb sense of superiority would cease to exist.

almost every person who gets to be over 100 yrs old regularly drinks, smokes, eats shitty food, and has never exercised regulary.

Yeah I'd say that's BS. I've never seen a fat 100 year old. EVER. Hell, it's rare to see anyone over 70 who's obese (especially men). If you look at the 80+ crowd they are always very lean. A lot of dudes who are naturally wiry and have been all their lives. The type of dudes who always could eat what they want and never gain a pound.

Yes some people can smoke a cig or a cigar every now and then and live to be old, but these people are almost never 2 PAD smokers. And the ones that are have a low quality of life due to COPD. Most of those old people who say the smoke are very light smokers. They aren't lighting a cig every 5 minutes, I can guarantee you that.

And some of them may eat shitty food, but they don't each much of it. Because if they did, they wouldn't be lean enough to live to be that old. You just aren't going to be a fatass and make it much past 70 (especially as a man). You're just not.
