Sounds like someone doesn’t know what the frick he’s talking about. While the OP is wrong that you need a gym to exercise, the benefits are very real.

I could find other sources but I don’t particularly feel inclined to do work for you right now.
Humans were built to move. Static postures lead to shitty, lifelong posture insufficiencies and debilitation and chronic pain syndromes not to mention the negative internal health issues. Bones need resistance to remain strong and stave off early onset arthritis and osteoarthritis.
Being really fricking clear, America needs a GD reality check on its workplace environment. Shorten the work week, build in time and programs promoting healthy eating and exercise, leading to superior sleep quality, and work efficiency likely increases with less hours needed and far less workplace accidents.
Get the frick outta here with your uneducated bullshite. Working out doesn’t have to be the gym. Could be a plethora of shite. And yes, combine it with a healthy relationship with food.
Most the folks getting joint replacement surgeries younger and younger in life are folks who don’t take care of themselves. Same for chronic pain sufferers. It’s insane and it’s an easily solved problem.

i was not talking about them being fat or not being fat.
he said people who choose not to exercise are bedridden from age 65 and on, so i correctly pointed out the idiocy of that statement

I had my annual physical yesterday. My doctor said 150 minutes of exercise a week, and I am relatively healthy.
Im as guilty as any - I need to find a way to fit it in. I work at a college. I have a gym full of 18-22 year old women 24/7. No excuses.
But for those of us with full time work and families, it is sometimes tough. I'd rather spend time with my girls than go to the gym.

I usually do but since it's Friday/Payday and I just got off I'm going to get beer and wings.
Then go to the pool
Then go to the pool

Right, and then I would need time to collect myself, shower, etc. to go about everything else I had to do that day.

You can make all the excuses you want, you need just over a half an hour TOTAL a few days a week to be in shape.
I bet your fatass has seen every series on Netflix though.

I wasn’t talking about me. I have plenty of time. I just pointed out that it’s easily feasible that it could be difficult for some.

Not really. They might need to skip this week's episode of Survivor, but if they prioritize they health over their reality TV or phone addiction they'd have plenty of time.

I promise you that there are very motivated people working 80-100 hour weeks that don’t work out very often.

Yep
Genetics... I walk, hike and that's about all I do. Don't need to set foot in the gym.

I'm 30 and work out for an hour 5 days a week. I'm healthy, but my sometimes my joints hurt. I can totally understand people not exercising as they get older.
At some point I'll get to where I don't want to/can't do it anymore.

Thanks for citing .01% of the population. Clearly a good point.

It’s more than that, but that’s beside the point. It is absolutely feasible for that to be the case.

You started this thread, mentioned "beta soy boy cucks" in the OP, and mentioned how much you deadlift on the the first page?
Well, you're a fricking cliche.
