Carmel, Indiana has installed 150 roundabouts over the last 30 years.

Lots of info out there on how it has improved things. Reduced crashes by something like 80%.

Not to mention fatalities are DRASTICALLY reduced at roundabouts vs conventional intersections....but people in BR don't want facts..they just want to bitch about things they don't or can't understand. See "Pecue Lane".

Roundabouts are the shite. If you don't like them, you are simply retarded.

This is all so stupid. JD is acting like a little bitch...

I'm just glad that pickett isn't white, could you imagine the uproar then?!
Not bad but John Kruk calls color for the Phils and the man is a national treasure.

Had lunch there last week. Food was good. Service was not. There was one waitress working the entire room, and another dude from the back coming out to bring food.

The butter chicken was identical to how Swagat used to taste, and it was very good. Glad to hear the original Swagat owner is running this place, he's a good dude, very polite and humble.

Damn...

Loved that place. Pokie was salty now, forget service with a smile. But the food kept you coming back. My favorite there was the Hoagie.. his red sauce was A++. We used to go to wine tasting on Wednesday nights...

RIP Pokie

Hope they take credit cards in heaven

Let’s hope they can sustain long term success. I feel once the novelty wore off in the early 2000’s they could never recapture the mid 90’s fervor from the fan base.

That was a long time ago. I’m hoping they can get some good support but not fair weather and more of a long term fan base with consistent attendance.

The key is putting a winning product out there...there is solid support here for this to be sustained provided they are not trash like the Zydeco. Kingfish had good support but never good put a solid winnir out there and couldn't beat the Ice Gators.
This chick might be the most perfect woman on the planet. Athletic, good looking, reasonable views and calling out culcha with her beautiful pointed finger!

Still isn't shite compared to '23.

530am had a heat index of 98

yeah its hot out there now....

but we were doing a house reno summer of '23....never felt anthing like it. Miserable summer, 1 month straight of 100 degree temps, no rain. hot as balls. All Louisiana summers will be compared to that one for me.

Hate it all you want, 100% a penalty, he actually did it twice. He knows better. Integrity isn’t Bryson’s strong suit.

Lower the humidity. Get a dehumidiier. Our house is a pier and beam and we remove 6 to 8 gallons of water a day. Cooling dry air is MUCH more efficient than cooling wet air. Our AC usage was literally cut in half when we started using one. With lower humidity, the house even feels cooler at higher temps.

I run a heat/cool heat pump in my pool. No spa and it doesn't change quickly but the dual functionality is nice. I basically use it to extend the season and keep it comfortable in the summer. Cost me about 6k installed on an existing pool.

Can corroborate..Mine too was 6k installed with new pool. You'll want the chiller WAY more than the heater. Assuming no hot tub, go with a heat pump.

Much cheaper to run as well.
He coughed up a 5 run lead with 7 earned runs in 5 innings. His year has been abysmal. He's given the franchise a lot, but the last couple of years he's purely been shite and is getting paid stupid money. It's time to move him.

Citizen Bank Park and the fans there are top 5 in baseball. Unbelieveably supportive and passionate fans and pack the Bank every game even during weekday mid afternoon games.

Hate all you want on Philly but I don't see a franchise in shite-hole New Orleans where you can't get 10000 asses in the seats for an NBA game. 90% of folks who hate on Philly fans are just suppoting word of mouth. Philly sports are some of the greatest atmospheres in all of sports. I see much more trash at a Saints game and its not even particularly close.

It's odd that they will be in your face with Gay shite when the Gay shite is not relevant, but try to hide the Gay shite when the Gay shite is relevant. Thanks for this thread to help me avoid watching even a minute of the Gay shite.
We had three bills in a row that were about 300% higher than entergy..but the last 2 or 3 bills have gone back to where they were pre-delta.
It was 1980 when Jeffrey Rubenstein's dad took a group of a dozen 11-year olds to the movies to see Caddyshack for Jeffrey's 11th birthday....Lacy Underall, nuff said.

This is so monumentally stupid on all counts that its not worthe picking apart..34 downvotes to 0 upvotes says it all.

Ryder Cup is must see TV for any golf fan...sucks the US isn't more comepettive but its still one of the most captivating golf events there is and the format is perfect.
