POC in the hood overwhelmingly fight their dogs. Most people don't realize how many dogs are actually being used to fight. When I used to roam the hoods of BR, I was surprised and sickened to see how many dogs were being fought. There are 1000s of people way worse than Vick in hoods all around this country.
