I use reviews a lot to pick hotels and restaurants, but you need to be able to distinguish between the legit bad reviews and the difficult people leaving a bad review for some stupid reason. As someone else said, I focus on the things that are important to me.

I've used Green Tiger SoftWash twice on my stucco house - house, roof, driveway, patio, porch....the whole shebang. Weas pleased with their work. Not sure of the size of your house, but they were less than $1,500 for my job - probably closer to $1,000, if I recall correctly. That was last year.
