Had to replace mine about a year ago. You can do it yourself. Unscrew the stainless trim around the microwave - screws should be underneath and maybe on top too. Once you remove the trim, the microwave should be screwed into brackets inside the hole. Unscrew, remove, buy a new microwave in a size that will fit in there, screw it into brackets, screw in trim plate and voila, you're done.

I had just started at LSU. This was my first hurricane experience. Friends evacuated New Orleans and stayed with us in our apartment State Street. Sat on the screened in porch all night smoking pot and watching a huge pecan tree sway back and forth waiting for it to snap in half. That old pecan tree still stands to this day.

Was told by an AC guy recently that a 5 ton package starts at 15k and goes up from there. If you want higher SEER or variable speed, I think someone else’s quote of around 22k is probably in the neighborhood.

We had to have foundation repairs to our slab foundation about 15 years ago in a prior house. I got quotes from WCK along with 2 national companies. I remember the quote from WCK was substantially cheaper than the other 2. We ended up going with the lower of the 2 national companies b/c I was worried about the long term viability of a local company (WCK) given the lifetime warranties all 3 offered. In retrospect, I think we would have been better off going with WCK.
