Was told by an AC guy recently that a 5 ton package starts at 15k and goes up from there. If you want higher SEER or variable speed, I think someone else’s quote of around 22k is probably in the neighborhood.

We had to have foundation repairs to our slab foundation about 15 years ago in a prior house. I got quotes from WCK along with 2 national companies. I remember the quote from WCK was substantially cheaper than the other 2. We ended up going with the lower of the 2 national companies b/c I was worried about the long term viability of a local company (WCK) given the lifetime warranties all 3 offered. In retrospect, I think we would have been better off going with WCK.

Back in my drinking days, I would drive all over town to hit up different groceries stores to buy my booze b/c I went quite often and didn't want the folks at my nearby stores to know the true frequency of my alcohol purchases.

Glad those days are behind me.

Had one of those too. It was great. Took a taxi to Windsor Castle, toured the castle, had lunch in Windsor and got back to Heathrow with plenty of time left to get through security and get to our gate.

Grilled roast beef and gruyere cheese sandwich on St Bruno sourdough bread. Love their bread for grilled sandwiches. It crisps up so well.

That's some good looking catfish.

Leftover brisket, baked beans and home fries.

Went to Cocha before heading to see Jerry Seinfeld.
