Oh yea I read the whole report, the Impact Charter CEO is guilty as hell Ron Haley is representing her and just got suspended.

I saw on the news last night that she owns the building the school is housed in and is now evicting them before the end of the school year.

In fact, members like Banks representing north BR and Baker would go out of their way to frick other parts of the parish. Banks, specifically, fricked Zachary because it was “racism!” to demand that a new development closer to Baker than Zachary attend Baker schools.

Chauna is the one that was trying to block the new LSU arena/ River Center agreement because “wut about Southurn”

The most disappointing part is that she didn’t stay in Africa, whether it was south or west. That would have been a net gain for Baton Rouge and I’m sure most taxpayers would have been happy to purchase a one way ticket for her

This bitch once spoke out about Baton Rouge Police Officers getting a marginal raise because she “knows a Baton Rouge cop who owns an RV, so they must not need money.”

frick her.

Ron Haley appears to be the Great Value Johnnie Cochran.

I hope all the shite with the Zachary school administrator contributes to him being disbarred.

Why does the St George mayor want to pay himself more than the mayor of Baton Rouge when it was set up to be a cheaper alternative

You won't be laughing when St George asks you for more money in taxes

Did she get busted a while back for using taxpayer money for wigs and fake fingernails?

If there's any St George policymakers who read this site, myself and the majority of your other constituents would love for you to find out how to stop paying for this shite.

If parish funds go towards this, get a seat at the table and lower whatever our burden of it could be. This is bullshite. If BR wants to pay for it - be my guest. But whatever the cost is to the parish, find a way to lower whatever SG is putting in the pot.

The bigger issue is the inability to distinguish the fiduciary responsibility associated with protecting the public fisc versus private sector fisc. Most politicians and NGO employees think it’s “free money” that hey can spend without oversight or criticism.

Didn’t this just get voted down?

It was set up to keep existing tax revenue collected inside its boundaries instead of those taxes being spent inside the city of Baton Rouge.

I am just waiting for StG to have its own Live at 5 with the tagline - We have better bands because we can.

Anything is possible, but I am going to predict that if this actually ever happens it is going to be for additional services including police presence beyond what they got from parish while unincorporated or after incorporating and also beyond what the original mandate of services expected from the city’s govt was. If it happens it will also still be less taxes than what a resident of Baton Rouge would be paying at the same time.

Of the 2 it is only Baton Rouge struggling to fund the revenue gap created by no longer being able to funnel StG tax revenue straight into supporting the city of Baton Rouge. BR will likely raise taxes before StG, and those residents paying those increased taxes will not be laughing.

Possessives and plurals are like Kryptonite to black people.

This lady is going to "education" conferences around the world and doesn't know the difference between "everyone" and "everyone's"
