The problem you have is those are non revenue producing sports. They can wait to get us an upgraded box.
Debatable. When you have Olympians on campus, it brings in some pretty profitable exposure. The Box is the newest facility outside of maybe the beach volleyball facility, it ...

re: Vandy’s Hawkins Field is next to get renovations… Alex Box falling further behind - whoa
Both swimming and T&F are bringing in world class athletes. The natatorium is nearly 40 years old & I don’t believe has ever seen a renovation. T&F has seen some renovations but there’s still a lot to be desired, especially from a fan perspective. ...

I can understand that. But I don’t understand why drinking suddenly makes it better or more bearable. I don’t feel like sitting at work most days sober but I do everyday. ...

re: News reporting U-High kid fell overboard - whoa
I disagree. The vast majority of adults don’t have the maturity to handle alcohol. Hell many can’t even establish appropriate times & places to drink. I’d much rather my kid drink under my supervision than anyone else’s. But more importantly teach her that alcohol is just as dangerous as drugs. ...

re: News reporting U-High kid fell overboard - whoa
Can we also start teaching our kids about the dangers of alcohol? Everyone seems to be gliding over the alcohol factor in this thread. I know drinking is embedded in our culture but how about we start teaching AND showing kids that it’s not everything. You can have fun without drinking. I’m not sure...
