re: Will Matt McMahon take LSU to the Big Dance this season?
Posted by statman34 on 12/7/25 at 1:29 pm to mcspufftiger7
I’m not rooting against McMahon, I just don’t think he is a good fit for LSU. If he wins that’s great! I have always loved LSU basketball but since Wade was shown the door, it hasn’t been any fun. Dale made LSU fun because of the caliber of talent he got here. Wade was like that. It’s hard to get excited with Trent Johnson like stuff going on. Having said that, if he wins I’ll be happy to eat my words. Until then, I don’t think he’s what we need

Most of the retards on the progressive side would probably now argue that there are no invaders on stolen land and celebrate Japan

I grew up with basketball people that knew Randy and played against him and knew what he was. They went on and on about him. Like was said, he was a shell of his former self and still played 11 years in the NBA.

Randy was all world before. He would have been a mega star

This is correct. We hate Alabama and Nick brought his work ethic that we only had a small taste of with him. It sucked but we didn’t hate him we lamented what could have been
re: With everything sorted...Can we talk about the elephant in the room now please?

He needs a few years. He’s sort of short handed a bit
Great! I hope so. But up to this point he hasn’t showed anything better than some of the worst coaches we have had in the last decade or so. If he is a solid coach, we will know soon enough
re: Bartender goes to prison and Judges do not when both make decisions that lead to death.

The only way to force judges not to let violent offenders out on bail or the like is to put their arse on the line when they run afoul while out. You will see an immediate no/high bail for all of these career criminals and a lot of avoidable violent crimes not happening. It’s the same principle as illegals. If they aren’t here there is zero chance those crimes happen but progressives are too stupid or unwilling to understand such things
Fair point. I can, however, question their ethics and logic in pursuit of unrealistic financial goals and not understanding or caring about what they are selling. I have seen first hand how they don’t care at all about a company and personally I think that is a terrible way to ruin a company
Everything in the private equity world is driven by advancing profits at all costs. There are no limits to the depths to which they will go to hit a goal, firing long time employees or cutting meat in a sandwich. It doesn’t matter and it is pretty fricking awful.
re: Decolonizing Thanksgiving

Always be thankful for friends and family.
And this is why Marxists hate Thanksgiving and everything associated with family. They either have no family or they hate them so they want no one to have family because they have none. Look at how the lack of family unity has crippled the black community. True success at the end of the day is having family that is unified and loving. Marxists have neither and they suck.
Nothing is hurting black people like the behavior and culture of black people right now. The blacks that are successful have had the courage to move and immerse themselves in a better life choice than the ones who refuse to try. The white liberals who push this shite are among the dumbest people in the world. Until the culture is rejected on a large scale level, poor blacks will never be successful. And it is a shame, but it has nothing to do with white people holding them down.
Why can't she run for governor? I love everything she said and the people shouting about protecting trans kids are the biggest threat to our country.
Basic services that have to be done are considered bad for the environment and because they assume everyone there only lives with their dog and doesn't need frequent trash collecting. Once a week is terrible enough but once every two weeks is awful.
I’ll never forget hopping off the trolley at entrance to Bourbon and completely forgetting it was Bayou Classic weekend. It was fairly obvious that we needed to leave quickly
The excessive dialogue also makes for awkward and unnatural looks while they go on and on with a monologue of epic proportions. None of it looks natural but i guess it is improving from where it once was.

Broome at first thought she could litigate St George out of existence. She knew what it meant to lose that revenue so she did the only thing she could do at the time. But kicking the can down the road was always going to have consequences because the precedent was there for her to lose, but she also knew she wasn't going to have to face those consequences. Bottomline is that the mayor-president model has to go. The City of BR does not need to be and should not be joined at the hip in governing EBR anymore. This has to be separated for things to work. Now that will also frick BR proper because of NBR and places that do not have the revenue to float the city but years and years of not wanting to incorporate whitey but instead take whitey's money has now come to a head and the jig is up. Sid has to deal with it and Broome can say Sid is the problem. And the dumbass liberals will eat this up with a spoon and call St George racist and continue to spread lies to cover for the corruption that has been in BR forever.

Can you imagine what the casting choices would have been with Disney in charge of this?
