I would like to live in a gulf coast town outside of Louisiana.. Meaning, I am not talking about Grand Isle or anything like that.

I would move to a nice house on Greater Exuma. Somewhere on or close to Jolly Hall Beach or Forbes Hill Beach. With a 26’ foot center console to cruise up to Staniel Cay and through all the other cays a couple times a month. And a smaller runabout to slide in and out of BoneFish Flats 3-4 days a week.

Why? Do you hate making money or having a career path?
Are you after a career, or are you the Louisiana kind of stupid that will make $60k a year for the rest of your life to see your cousins every other weekend?

100 acres somewhere in Texas or Alabama. Give me a professional chef style kitchen in a 2000 sqft house, a big garden, a shooting range, and quiet.

If it wasn't getting so expensive Montana would be great for that

Well I would live in PNW (which I do) but you can’t if you need to go to the southeast a few times a year. Good luck

If you're retired, that's great, but it sounds like he needs a job that isn't at Whataburger 25 miles away.

Goid point but I'm not retired and could do it since I WFH just about 100% of the time now.

Marble Falls in Texas is pretty tight. Come to think of it, all that "hill country" area west of Austin is very nice.
