IMO, there's often a lot of value near the top of the second round and I think it's likely that a player that got a strong first round grade would still be available at 42. That's all I got.

Fun fact: The spikes on a stegosaurus' tail never had a name, until Gary Larson named it in this cartoon. The scientific community - always fans of the far side - adopted the name and made it official.
