Just look at the elite 11 camp both he and Houston went to. I’m sorry, but there are throws where you go “that looks unnatural”. He will have to completely change his throwing motion getting to college.
Apparently that's the motion he's been training on (saw it mentioned that he uses the same QB trainer as Arch Manning). The lower arm slot is supposed to allow a faster release. Still looks ugly and prone to accuracy issues.
Not in the know but I'll give it a shot.

Better passer, Houston.

Better raw tools, Haven.

More college ready, Houston

Higher ceiling, Haven.
My great grandma was a Sagrera and I know there's lots of Sagreras around the Abbeville/ Cow Island area.

LSU earned every dime of the money they are spending.

Except if you consider that LSU uses state employees, state owned land, state owned facilities, etc. to make every dime of the money.

It is public money.

eta: I don't think the dollar amount to each player needs to be made public. But the total revenue share amount should be/remain reported.

The only details you can research are the ones being publicly disclosed by Entergy (or Meta), selectively, to try to paint the deal in the best possible light.

I'm curious if/where buried and redacted in all of this is a "termination for convenience" clause for META or a majority stakeholder.

So if 5-10 years from now if META (or Blue Owl/ Blackrock) aren't seeing the returns that they want; they pull the plug and leave us on the hook for everything.
Fish sauce or umami powder

A splash of vinegar for balance.
It's not 7 power plants; it's a total of 9 new units; 3 of which will be co-located with existing facilities.

This is Entergy only. I'm not sure about what electricity providers in other parts of the state have in the pipeline. For sure there will be something around Shreveport to support the Amazon data center.
If they're looking to recoup 10-20% of the TOPS awards; they would be much better off simply awarding 10% fewer scholarships. Especially considering they would probably need to double LOSFA staff to keep up with the paybacks vs not doing that.

Plot the population curve of GPA/ACT and cut the bottom 10% (or whichever number they are targeting).
I'm curious about the cost of enforcement vs how much the State expects back. The answer? Nobody knows.

EXPENDITURE EXPLANATION

The proposed legislation will likely result in an increase in SGF expenditures by the Board of Regents as a result of requiring
the repayment of Taylor Opportunity Program for Students (TOPS) awards for not maintaining continuing eligibility
requirements. The exact increase is indeterminable because it is unknown how much programming costs will be to modify
the Louisiana Award System and how many positions the Board of Regents will require to handle the repayment status of
students.

The Board of Regents will also likely need additional staff to handle duties such as tracking students who enter repayment
status, determining eligibility for deferment or exception, and processing and tracking payments. The exact number of
additional personnel is indeterminable at this time and will depend on the number of students who do not maintain eligibility
and must repay TOPS awards.

The LFO has requested additional information from the Board of Regents to determine the expenditure impact
of the proposed law. This note will be updated when additional information becomes available.

The proposed legislation will likely result in an increase in state revenue as a result of students repaying TOPS awards.
Proposed legislation does not specify where repayment revenue would be deposited. Since TOPS is funded through a
combination of State General Fund and the TOPS Fund (Statutory Dedications), the LFO presumes repayments would be
deposited into the TOPS Fund. The exact increase in Statutory Dedication revenue is indeterminable since it is unknown how
many students will not maintain eligibility and how much would be collected in repayments of TOPS awards.

HB855 was always a long shot. At least they passed the reporting bill, AIS location bill, and increased fines (which doesn't do much since they didn't touch the 1/4 mile buffer).

Yea. Edswards not even giving LSU a visit. She's just visiting all around LSU. Instead going to SC and Louisville. Something about LSU she must not like. I don't get it.

Gabe Lazo was her primary recruiter to Tennessee. I'm wondering if bridges were burned when he jumped ship after less than a week on the job at LSU.

 Definitely going to have to steal this for the next time a client/facility asks about PFAS.

PFAS is literally everywhere and in an ungodly amount of products.

Even the EPA and FDA stance on PFAS is, to say the least, controversial and disjointed.

My first thought is that the folks at TCEQ are probably not thrilled with the PFAS Pandora's Box being opened by their AG.

The only thing EPA has done was give drinking water limits. And those aren't enforceable until 2029 at least. Meanwhile, there aren't any analytical methods approved by EPA to date, so any data you do collect is "for information purposes only".

Then what would have been the point of spending billions of dollars for a project that would only work sometimes during the year.

In drought years, that diversion may sit idle waiting for a few days or weeks that it can open without impacting freshwater concerns in the river.

Looked up the low flow scenario and it was recommended that the diversion be closed when the River is below 300,000 cfs which is typically between September and February (usually shorter). As the basin would flow into the River when under the 300,000 cfs stage.

So the diversion would operate 7+ months out of the year. Not "wait for a few days or weeks that it can open".

The diversion would have had little to no impact on the saltwater intrusion issue for the Mississippi River.

Pretty much. Typhoons and Hurricanes are just different names for tropical cyclones.

Cyclones in the southern hemisphere spin clockwise. Northern cyclones spin counter clockwise.
I understand the PG needs to be a threat to score; but I want MK12 to see more volume. (I know everyone has to eat; especially as sucessful as Flaujae and Fulwiley are at driving to the rim); but a 42% 3pt shooter only taking 3.4 3pt attempts per game is too low.

Houmas House is one of our go-tos when we're looking for a change of pace.

The gardens are really nice this year too.

Actually the Mid Barataria would have worsened the saltwater intrusion problem because now you would have had as much as 75,000cfs leaving the river.

I think the Mid Barataria Diversion was designed to flow when the river is high and have reduced/no flow when the river was low which is when salt water intrusion would be an issue.
