IG looks legit. Tell me about pricing at Brown and Brown.

Where do you suggest? All my suits are too big and baggy and look like 2010.
Have you considered simply bringing them to a good tailor and seeing what they can do with what you already have?

Yeah, that’s part of it. But I want a new suit also.

At Brown & Brown, you are looking at $600-$700 for a tailored suit, custom shirt, tie, and square. He has a book of his tailored options that you choose from. You can order different size coat and pants.
He also has binders and binders of custom fabrics if you want to break the bank.

Should we ask Joel Burroughs where he got this?

My experience
If you aren’t in shape, no suit will look nice. Fat people always look sloppy in a suit
If you are in shape, you can get any suit on sale at Macys and have it tailored and it will look really nice
A cheap well tailored suit will look better than a very expensive suit that fits too big or is on a fat person
Simply go buy a suit on sale and go to any decent tailor

There is an Indochino in New Orleans. They do great custom fittings and you get a custom suit from China delivered to your house within three weeks. The suits are about the same price as at MW.

Take a day, go hit up indichino in nola, spend an hour and they'll measure you and make a custom with your measurements for like $400 to your door. Grab a navy and Grey for $800 and be good for awhile

Interesting. A commie suit. It might help me avoid the camps if the Dems win this election if I can prove my Communist revolutionary fighting spirit. A good way to hedge my bets.

Tuxedostogeaux.com. Suit, dress shirt and tie $195. Got my tux there for $175. All custom done. Legit.

lol, you didn’t get a “custom” suit for that price.
Also, most of the people using “custom” in this thread are at best talking about made-to-measure. At best.
