If he shot as the motorcade approaches everyone would be looking right at him. Waiting allowed for everyone to be looking in the opposite direction from him. Who knows, maybe he wanted to shoot as it approached and couldn't get a clean shot.

I see them all the time by the office and they drive significantly better than most idiots out there. Very efficient at actually going when the light turns, making sure they can make it before it turns, not leaving a mile between them and the car in front, etc. I wish they were mandated :lol:

Me too. I hated it but a flat deductible instead of a percentage made me bend over a take it. Other market offerings weren't that much better for me so it wasn't as bad I guess.
