I use Ree Drummond's method. Bring water to a rolling boil then gently drop your eggs in. Keep it at a slow boil/simmer for 13 minutes then cool off in an ice bath. [quote]Worst egg peeling experience I’ve ever had.[/quote] They have always peeled easily for me. :dunno:...
