Well just think what it would be without the AFFORDABLE Care Act.

See, it's right there in the name

The article shows a text from before he met his wife. Tacky, yes, but what is the crime here?
The words get jittery after you do a few lines, so understandable

I took the same route. Osaka to San Francisco to Denver to New Orleans
That's bullshite. She offered to cancel the podcast and do it remotely and they said no.
Regardless of the shite she had said, anyone with a brain can see that this was set up for her to decline so they could claim the high ground

There's a hyperlink that I'll presumably load into Tivimate; on the IPT site, it looks like I'll pick my channels and then select "download" which will embed those channels into the link and show up in Tivimate - yes?

Yep exactly

Edit to say once you select the channels they are on the playlist. Just use the URL from that point. Download actually downloads an m3u file that can be uploaded

Some channels are listed in more than one place, for example ESPN-HD, if I select a channel in more than one place will they be duplicated so I have 3 or 4 of the same version of ESPN or are they redundant entries?

Yes they will be duplicates as far as I know

If / when I want to edit my lineup of channels, can I just add/remove them in Tivimate if it's just a few or do I need to go back to IPT and re-generate a new download link with the revised channel listing?

You can modify in tivimate but I prefer through IPT so it makes changes on all TV's with that playlist
It's been like that for a while. Back when I had movie pass I had it timed to where I could get to my seat during the last preview

I have both of them. I like the interface to choose the channels on IPT, but I have found CW to have almost zero buffering
