When is too old to watch TikTok?

I always thought that website is for people under about 24, maybe under 25 or 26 at the oldest. But I recently met a literal 80 year old who goes on TikTok.

I’m not sure what the answer is, but I’ve never really watched it. Mainly because I don’t have the app ans apparently you can’t watch shite on there without it. But my stepdaughter sends me TTs sometimes and I have to remind her that I can’t watch them.

I have a neighbor in his early 70s who uses it.
