Exercising - you save a lot on doctors

Investing since I was 26 - compound interest is the eight wonder

Not having credit card debt - that is modern-day slavery

Having a budget - always live below your means

Ignoring other people’s lifestyle- don’t keep up with the joneses.

Learning about finance- start early and when you talk to a financial advisor you will realize how much you already know.

Love all this. It’s criminal that they don’t teach basic finance and compound interest in high school.

You posted like 17. I thought the point was THE smartest decision.

Mine was buying a $400k house in Franklin tn and flipping it for 1.6m 5 years later.

Get good credit cards and play the credit point bonus game. Always pay the balance and pay ZERO credit card interest.

Invest long term in VOO and little less so in QQQ...and some NVDA. Put the most you can into the max of your IRA/ROTH IRA.

If I had done this at 26 years old, I would be worth a lot more...a lot. I would probably be looking at retirement at 55.

Buying a lot of bitcoin at $27.

The inverse is. I didn't trust it and when it went over $1,000 I sold it all.
Badge myself for that.
