Mall of America is no more LINK Esplanade Mall in Kenner is no more. Clearview Mall in Metairie is barely open. I'm surprised Lakeside Mall in Metairie is thriving.
That is because Lakeside is not a mall. It’s a shopping center.
Lakeside Shopping Center
I just bought $500 worth as soon as it went live.

I bought this on Tuesday. The bottom has to be near.
I’m buying $500 tomorrow for kicks to be able to say I bought on opening day. It’s just a souvenir at this point. I’m gonna wait 6 to 12 months and evaluate if I want to put significant money into it.

What would the stock price be by then? 10x or more?
Yes. Around $1300 but that is dependent on dilution, buybacks, whatever else happens in 14 years. Should be a good movie to watch!
Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are bullish on AI and think SpaceX could have $3 trillion in annual revenue by 2040. They also say that this could be the beginning of a very long bull run.
Less than 24 hours until Musk becomes the world’s first trillionaire! :nana:

I’ve never seen a team win three NBA finals games and look like shite in all three of them until…. Now. Go Knicks

shithole Maine.
This is the first time my life I’ve ever heard someone talk bad about Maine. What does that say about the rest of the country in OP’s mind.

Are you watching over the air or streaming? Seems like I had more problems over the air, but I just switched to YouTube TV to see if it’s better.

When are we going after Cuba?
Posted by LSUneaux on 6/1/26 at 11:34 pm
We all saw Trump and Marco Rubio ramp up the heat recently by calling Cuba a failed country and targeting Raúl Castro. Trump even flat-out hinted that while previous presidents have spent sixty years looking at doing something about the island, he would be the one to actually finish the job. If the administration is genuinely planning a definitive move to collapse the regime, the clock is ticking loudly. This isn't a call for a military invasion, but rather a realization that if a final, decisive economic chokehold is coming, it has to happen before the midterm election cycle completely freezes major foreign policy wildcards.
The administration has already laid the groundwork this year with brutal secondary sanctions targeting Cuban banking and threatening massive tariffs on foreign nations that try to ship oil to the island. With Venezuela’s lifeline cut and the Cuban electrical grid in total collapse, the regime is completely vulnerable and on life support. However, the window for a knockout blow is rapidly closing because Washington always gets cautious as November approaches. If Trump wants to fulfill his promise to the Florida electorate and finally break the back of the Cuban dictatorship, he has a very narrow summer window to do it. If it doesn’t happen soon, the momentum will stall, and Havana will simply wait us out.

I see them wearing them under their chin. I don’t get it either because that shite is uncomfortable. So obviously they’re trying to make a statement because they’re not worried about the virus, if they’re wearing it under their chin.

Seven Nation Army on the organ made me for some reason.
What is it about the northeast and Seven Nation Army? All the pro sports teams up there use it but that’s pretty much the only part of the country.

How you write a TL-DR wall of text on the Knicks and not mention what Mitch did against Wemby at the NBA Cup… we’ve seen this movie already
