The adjustable dumbbells for sure (I also have powerblocks), kettlebells for swings and goblet squats (I’ll do one arm rows sometimes with KB or farmer’s walks). Might suggest a set of bands but not necessary. If 777 was here he’d tell you to get gymnastics rings...
