There is much ignorance in this thread. Chouest likely isnt top 5 in this state. He is definitely not 1-3. I have met Goldring several times. He is quiet and personal guy...he is quietly the richest man in LA. His new Old Metairie home is very nice. I know the prior owner well. Goldring paid top...
