Any office jargon. "Reach out" drives me insane. When im talking to office friends and I feel the urge to say that I always say "reach around to x" just to mock the saying. Just a matter of time before I get fired.
There is also a lady in the office that can work the word "perspective" into a sentence 3 times or more somehow.
And you always know when someone discovers a new word because it spreads like herpes. If i hear "bifricated process" one more time I might lose it.

Oh and one more that I don't listen past is any iteration of "im sorry but . . ."
I believe the user of that preface doesnt know what the word "sorry" actually means.

Bless your heart. Especially seeing that phrase on here as a non-Southerner.
And, no, the part of Florida where I’m from (Fort Lauderdale) is not Southetn in the least.
I’m more apathetic on y’all, but I think that’s also an overused phrase on Southern message boards like Tigerdroppings.
