Just the overuse of the word literally in completely unnecessary sentences. Like society just discovered this word a few years ago and are pounding it into the dirt

Hits different

Make it make sense

Louder for the ones in the back

I hate all those

1) Anything ending in “Brother.” I have 2 brothers and don’t need any more. Unless you are one of my actual 2 brothers, please don’t address me as “brother.”

2) Right?

3) I Know, Right?

After four pages, what I’ve learned is that there is no sequence of words in the English language that will not annoy at least one OT poster.

You’re right. Honestly, I can find someone I don’t know annoying in a few seconds if I want.

Talk too much? Annoying
Always texting with exclamation marks? Annoying
Standing to close to me? Annoying
Can’t walk straight in a grocery store or similar setting? Annoying
Speaking loudly in public? Annoying
Having the phone volume on in public? Annoying

I could go on…

At the end of the day

Deep dive

Back to the grind

Know what I'm saying?

Clap back

"my reality" or "my lived experience".... I want to punch someone in the face when they say this. To me it sounds like "I know this is demonstrably false, but if I say its *MY* reality then you aren't allowed to dispute it"

“He plays great in space” always pisses me off for some reason. It’s like they’re too lazy to be more specific. Yes… I know what it means.

It’s especially annoying when a woman ends all of her sentences by calling you “brother”.

I talk about this often. Houston GM Nick Caserio did this so much when he was hired a few years ago that I started counting how many times he’d say ‘Right?!?!’ To conclude a simple statement.

Then Demeco Ryans (HC) started doing the same. Then the local radio guys Jonny Harris and Mark Vandemeer,

The Texans have a dominant D, right?!?! So all you really need is an average offense, right?
