At this point it's clear that the only two real candidates, and sure a lot could happen in the meantime, are Vance & Rubio. And give me Vance any day of the week. In fact, if Trump was 10yrs younger and could go for a 3rd term, I'd still take Vance.

Everyone who criticizes/doubts him...all of their "arguments" come down to screeching, "Peter Thiel!" "Palantir!" And that's about it.

Everything Vance has actually done has routinely been even more based than Trump, from what we've heard from sources inside and outside of the WH he's constantly being reported as a more intelligent, more based version of Trump, who is just a 90's Democrat at the end of the day. Particularly Vance's view of our "European allies" and the war in Ukraine, which he, along with Tulsi & others, have argued for us to get the hell out of since the beginning, are positions I strongly support. I mean, he knew exactly who Zelensky was immediately & was waiting to pounce on his lying, grifting arse. You want to see us get out of NATO & the UN? If that's going to happen under anyone it will be Vance.

I also have yet to see Vance in a tiny hat praying at the Western Wall, maybe he's made some Mark Levin like statements that I haven't heard or don't recall, but as far as I know I haven't seen that.

I think Vance would be more than happy to basically tell Europe to go frick themselves & at least partially pull our military back/out of foreign bases &, while not turning full isolationist, direct our military focus at protecting our homeland and potentially securing the Western Hemisphere, so tackling cartels in Mexico & South America while establishing naval superiority in the Atlantic, Pacific, & Arctic.

Trump has focused so much on foreign affairs throughout this first year, and has achieved many things that are truly commendable. Having said that, he's the President of the United States, not the world. We have a so-called "ally" cozying up to China on our northern border & a full-Narco state on our southern border that, at minimum, collaborates with, and more likely, is completely controlled by designated foreign terrorist organizations. Then we have a domestic terrorist organization still operating openly across the US. There should have been a MASSIVE, exponential increase in investigations, arrests, & prosecutions by now. We have Mayors & Governors basically committing insurrection against the Federal Govt and yet they're still free, why? We have activist judges violating Federal Law, Supreme Court decisions, & the powers of the Executive branch without facing any repercussions, again I ask, why?

We have two entire states that are essentially Islamic colonies & NYC has now just been captured by an Islamic Communist endorsed by ISIS. Again...WTF is going on?

Trump is great at a lot of things, he's done a lot of great things, but I think there is a very real, very valid criticism in that he has focused far too much time and energy on Foreign Policy instead of issues here at home.

Maybe I haven't researched Vance as well as some of you geniuses, but judging him based solely on his actions and not his "connections" I think he's done an amazing job. And I think Trump often tempers/keeps Vance in check and on a more moderate line. I'd love to see what Vance could do as POTUS when he's not forced to tone down or soften his opinions & approach.
