I wear Justin steel toe slip on boots at work. In slaves hot metal goes down my leg I can pull my shoe off fast. I wear a pair of black On Clouds to work though. Basically all of my tennis shoes are OnCloud. The black pair just happen to be the easiest to look clean for wearing to a steel plant

I have to wear 12 EEEE's so I don't have many choices.

I have these light brown Dunham Chukka's..

Have these in black and what they call stone.

At one time we couldn't wear suede shoes in my office. We had to wear a coat and tie around the office, or to go see customers in the 80's. Strict dress code, but you could smoke at your desk.

Justin square toe pull on boots. Loafers? Holy frick, shoot me in the head.

Why?

Because they're lame or uncomfortable? My loafers are probably more comfortable than any boot I wear.

Rancourts?

I have a similar Chromexcel pair and I wear them to work all the time in the Summer.

Workplace is mostly jeans, so either boots or basic derby/oxford shoes. Generally Crockett & Jones with some Allen Edmonds mixed in.

Depends on what I have going on. If I’m going to be in the office I’ll wear loafers. If I have to visit a quarry or something I’ll wear steel toes.

Orthotic tennis shoes

No one says anything and I don’t give a frick. If it comes down to either my ability to walk and stand in comfort or to look good, I would rather be comfortable.

I WFM 3 days per week. That’s the beauty about working in the software industry, I can wear whatever I want, no dress code, in the no collar industry. I prefer wearing comfortable Ecco’s when I’m at my office building.
