I'm all for a good troll but those accounts really piss me off. There's a ton of them and some of what they say seems reasonable enough to be believed. At one point Twitter was supposed to require them to have "Parody" tags or something.
A while back one of the ScottJohnson ones got me but the TD filter warned me before posting that it was a fake account.
