Favorite Movie Closing Credits Scene

Posted by Bayou Tiger on 3/29/26 at 1:08 pm
The 22 Jump Street credits scene cracks me up. I had forgotten about it but saw the movie again last night. They put a lot of creativity and production effort into it.

What are some other memorable movie credits scenes?

Still have a couple of first place trophies in a box somewhere in the attic

I have a 20 year old car. It might be totaled when I need to get a new set of tires.
We applied for passports and went into our appointment at the post office. The postal employee helping us was a middle aged Asian guy, very friendly, efficient, and on the ball. I was stunned and wondering why in the world he was working at the post office, maybe witness protection program or something.
Houston has a good selection of tailoring shops and individuals if you don’t mind the drive.

For a chain, SuitSupply has good quality and value, not top end but strong mid-tier. Their tailors can be hit or miss, but the ones who have been there a while are typically pretty good.

This was a great genre in the 80s, along with Alfred Hitchcock Presents, Ray Bradbury Theater, The Hitchhiker, Twilight Zone, etc.
Interesting. I don’t eat much fast food but actually agree with your combo of Culvers burger, McDs fries, and Sonic drink. We used to have a Culvers nearby and I would crush their bacon cheddar double.
0.46 posts per day, but the average is way less over the past 20 years. I got to 3000 posts within the first few years.
Batman Begins is still my favorite of the trilogy. It pushed a momentum shift in the genre with a grounded, non-campy take.
Hopefully they sort it out with a summer of 10,000 catches
His first field goal of the season was 50+ and would have easily been good from 60.

Seriously? We gave up 38 points to Houston. That FG is irrelevant vs the defensive performance.

I went to a Catholic Mass and some lady was up there doing some kind of reading. How come none of you told her to sit down and shut up?

Great question. This silence relates to authoritative teaching or disruptive speech. It does not apply to functions of laity in the Mass such as readings and singing.

ETA: Laity or lay people are not ordained but can be men or women and help out with some of the administrative parts of Mass, following the script not preaching or speaking with authority.

So, a 16-team playoff?
