I scanned the thread quickly, apologies if you covered this already - have you tried taking it somewhere else to connect to a different network? That might tell you if your adapter is toast vs. some software setting.

Well it's light enough and finally not too cold to rotate a ride in for a run for morning sweat. 10 miles, average 16.6mph, 593 ft of climb. Actually felt way better that I though it would since I haven't ridden like this since last August.
