3.5 at 8:35 per. 72, no wind at 530, 90% humidity. 167 average HR. I can't wait to feel 60 again. I'm going to average below 8 on my route by January 1, that's my goal. I've done it before, but 2 years ago....

Had it last month, newer SMILE laser/process. I can see now, and it's better. I'm still adjusting to night/dark...I can see, it's just different. If the air purifiers are the kind that do ozone, then that ozone is oxidizing things and thus the slightly higher CO2. Not near a problem though....

I got some Vortex diamondback HD roof prism something for more than half off on a dvor sale recently, haven't used them for hunting yet but they feel good and work great out the window so far....

I tuned up my old (2004) Gary Fisher Marlin and rode with the boys yesterday. I have slicks on it. Planning to do a morning ride tomorrow in place of running, because hotness.
So, that thing weighs a ton and I've been shopping used road bikes. Is a Trek 2300 decent? I don't know what year, I ask...

To be fair, every character in that show made bad decision after bad decision. I opted out of season 2, there was no one I was pulling for by the end of the first.
