Why is that? Do other animals just have higher muscle density or something?

More than anything that has been said in response to this, I think it has more to do with our muscles being geared more towards the fine manipulation of tools. A chimp may be a frick ton more powerful than a person, but a person has a lot more precision and finesse. Might be wrong about this one, but I also think we have the best ability to throw with power and accuracy of any animals. We as a species are made to use tools.

Nope. Barring physical deformity, every normal human has the capacity to run for longer than any other animal. We just don't need to do that anymore.

It really wouldn't matter if humans could run farther if every other animal was multiple times faster.

Or the fact that in the wild the strong tend to survive while the weak get thinned out.

We support our weak.

You try running away from a Cheetah. See how far you get. One thing is for sure, you aren't going to exhaust it before it runs you down.

I wrastled your sister last night, she's a pretty big ole gal (animal) but I finally "pinned" her.

I'd rather fight a lion.

Ostriches are not to be fricked with.

Walk. Not run.

As a Fat arse, I have hiked over 30 miles in a day. It sucked. But my dog gave up like 20 miles in

I feel like I could take down a chinchilla. As long as I could do some push-ups first.

What? An ostrich will frick you up severely. That neck is no weakness and you're not getting anywhere near it anyway. You'll be on the ground covering up in a few seconds.

A fricking drunk frat boy took one out at LSU about 20 years ago.

It absolutely does. An animal that can travel at 35MPH for 20 minutes will be killed by one that can do 13MPH indefinitely.

How are you going to break a cow's legs with just your hands? I'm certain some of you never get out of your house.

You'd be better off biting it's neck and having it bleed out, I would think.

I’ve never thought you were a dumb poster, but what we’re saying is if you put a cheetah and a human both in top physical shape in a marathon, the human would almost certainly. There’s a difference between a hundred meter dash and a marathon. How do you not process what we are saying?
